Love-Struck

Not me, but my brother.

He is so smitten by his batchmate's charms that he's starting to act differently now. Well atleast, he's starting to behave and to make some good impressions. He started to clean his antiqued-by-dust bedroom; he cooked sisig and pancakes to satisfy our growling stomachs; and most of all - he just made amends with my other sister by dancing waltz and other ballroom dances with her. Although he danced with my sister mostly to prepare for his prom, it was nonetheless a sweet gesture.

But in spite of all these humanitarian acts of my brother, I am still not totally at peace. Because I realized that my brother is already coming out of his shell. He's starting to have his crushes, which in time would lead to his courtship of girls. And after some years of going steady, he'll eventually propose and get married and have his own family!

I may be exaggerating but really, being his older sister, I realized that I haven't spent some good time with him, even during our childhood. Ours was always a day filled with skirmishes, hatred, etc. We never bonded much, like how a brother-sister should be. And now that he's starting to shift his interest to another girl, I'm even less sure that we would fill the gap that we've created.

So now you know why I myself do not want to get involved in a relationship yet. I am still too serious re-linking the "cleaved bonds" in my life. Hehehe.

Labor-Struck

I'm featuring my sister for the second half of this entry. Like my love-struck brother, she's been doing a lot of good deeds lately. However this time, it's not that she's in-love (how could she, she's only three years old!). Whatever her motives are, they don't matter anymore. She's a kid anyway.

Here's a glimpse of how saintly she has become for the past few days.

tying her own shoelaces

sweeping the floor, without complaints

washing the dishes, even if she doesn't reach the floor

Balik-Lungga

2. May inampon kaming dalawang Koreano. Pero umalis na sila. Wala lang.

6. Speaking of Syaza, birthday niya ngayon. HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY!
